Vietnam
I traveled with Baobab from Saigon to Hanoi. It was really hot weather (40 degrees Celsius and more). 
In between I visited:
- a day in the mekong delta with a stay in a homestay
- beautiful beaches at Nhatrang
- the famous tailers of Hoian
- riding on a motorbike in the countryside of Hue.
- hiking around the mountains Sapa
- 'sailing' in Halong bay
